How Will I Pay for College?

Many of our students have asked this same question and worried about the answer. Good news! ASU has many financial aid options. Financial support is available in the form of scholarships, grants, Federal Work-Study, loans and outside resources. Almost everyone, regardless of income, can qualify for some form of financial aid. In fact, in 2007-08 more than 70 percent of all ASU students received some form of financial assistance.

How Will My Financial Need Be Calculated?

After filing the FAFSA, a student's financial need is calculated by subtracting the EFC from the student's COA. ASU then tried to meet as much of a student's calculated need as possible. See the steps you should take when applying for aid at ASU.
